2. Breakfast at Tiffany's- Hepburn tries to Save the day
So for the second prompt of my movie challenge, it's time for a book to movie adaptation and for this I chose the classic "Breakfast at Tiffany's" based off the short story of the same name by Truman Capote. Now the book itself is short but really quite dull, like a bad Gatsby remake. The film is just a disjointed only brought to life by Audrey Hepburn.
When talking about this film it's important to remember the horrible racist performance of Mickey Rooney as Mr Yunioshi and here is an article about it here.
Audrey Hepburn truly is the best in this film and part from the truly hilarious party scene most of it is actually quite dull. I probably won't watch it again.
