So this one si super late but I have had university deadlines so it couldn't be hoped. Anyway I finally got round to watching a really famous directors work and I think you'll like the results!

If you enjoyed Mike Leigh's Topsy Turvy and enjoy amazing female leads this is your movie. Mixing together history and fiction Kruger's Anna becomes the copyist of a now profoundly deaf Beethoven. Touching on disability, women's rights and the life of an artist this is one beautiful and criminally underrated film.
